Daniel Cartwright - Director
Daniel has worked in the Algarve since 1989. In the mid-90s he returned to his native England to establish a successful business in property renovation, development and sales. In 2000 he moved back to the Algarve with his family and established one of the first companies to specialise in steel frame and wooden home construction. The business quickly became a market leader in the region, establishing a reputation for excellence in its field.
Increasingly attracting enquiries for more general, conventional construction work - extensions, renovations and project management - Daniel turned his energies to developing Project Casa, a one-stop company which offers expertise across a broad spectrum of construction methods.
Alex Abram – General Manager
Alex spent eight years with a steel frame company in Holland, as Export Manager for construction projects in central and eastern Europe. Seeking a change of scene he moved to the Algarve, fulfilling engineering, sales & marketing roles for quality swimming pool and kitchen companies. Most recently he spent two years as Sales Engineer involved in the design, planning and construction of steel-frame and wooden homes for a leading Algarve specialist.
Hugo da Silva – Structural Engineer
Hugo brings wide-spanning experience to the Project Casa team, ensuring that the most efficient structural systems are used to best-satisfy the architectural design criteria of any project.
Ricardo Bernardes (Bruno) -Architect
Bruno is a young Portuguese architect based in the Algarve. Since qualifying in Lisbon, he has been involved in many different types of projects including new builds, renovations, private condominiums, schools, industrial units and more. Over time, he has become extremely well versed in dealing with all the intricacies of the laws governing building in the Algarve.
Whether you are planning a modern design, or something more traditional, his knowledge and experience would be invaluable. Bruno speaks fluent English and Spanish.
